ABOUT US

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

OE PL TASKS:

• Main contact for European OEMs customers
• On-site support for development work at OEM customers
• Ensuring the flow of information between Customer and Mobis Korea-Team (MK)
• Lead PDT-Meeting internal and with the customer & ensure that critical issues are solved on time
• Control the data transfer between MOBIS and the OEM customers
• Control the data transfer between MOBIS and tier 1 suppliers
• Change management based on customer requirements
• Provide project reports to management and Stakeholders, keep regular deadlines and ensure reliability of results
• Effective and solution-oriented communication
• Set up and lead meetings with OEM customers
• Support of sales department with technical know-how in pre-development projects and in the acquisition phase

HMETC PL TASKS:

• Perform system and telematics audits according to the requirements
• Vehicle testing with customer (audits)
• Report and manage issues (Jira)
• Prepare report and share with Mobis’ stakeholders
