Perks: Contributory pension scheme and life assurance, Staff discounts, exclusive holiday offers and free financial support and education Job Description As a Systems & Process Supervisor, You will support site operations to maintain stock accuracy, optimise space and capacity and drive On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance. This is a hands-on role combining system ownership, process improvement and frontline support across the distribution centre. Key responsibilities: Act as the WMS super-user: configure and maintain the system to support accurate stock records, space optimisation and efficient planning. Support site coordination for WMS changes and enhancements from central IT; test and validate UAT scripts and support deployments. Provide day-to-day triage and first-line support for WMS queries; log and escalate defects to IT and follow through to resolution. Deliver WMS training and refresher sessions for new starters and existing employees. Monitor and validate item master data and perform corrective actions to resolve capacity and data issues. Ensure stock synchronization across systems and investigate and resolve discrepancies. Analyse OTIF reports, investigate root causes of errors and implement corrective actions to improve performance. Advise management on issues likely to affect operational performance and recommend practical solutions. Promote and ensure adherence to Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality standards across the operation. Undertake other duties as required to support the operation.
