We are looking for a System Radar Engineer to perform the following activities: Product systems engineer, technical reference for the entire sensor life cycle. Define technical requirements specifications for defence system applications. Define system architecture, ensuring the required radar performance. Coordinate the development team's work by planning and/or managing the project backlog following an assessment of the best development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile). Support integration, testing and validation activities in the laboratory and in the field. Analyse and resolve system performance and reliability issues. Draft and maintain technical documentation (system specifications, design reviews, test reports). Support technological innovation for the study of new solutions, drafting of technical proposals and commercial offers. Provide marketing support as a technical system expert. Qualifiche What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies Master's degree in Engineering or technical disciplines. Theoretical knowledge in the field of radar and command and control. Proven experience in design and analysis in the field of radar systems. Ability to coordinate an interdisciplinary development team. Experience in technical support in programme management and in coordinating customers and suppliers. Knowledge of the principles of system engineering and project management and the main dedicated IT tools. Familiar with ETM (IBM).
