We Are Hiring! We are expanding our engineering team. We are looking for motivated professionals to support safety engineering activities within international railway projects, contributing to the development, assessment, validation, and lifecycle management of safety-critical railway systems across rolling stock platforms. You will play an important role in coordinating safety activities between engineering teams, suppliers, validation teams, certification bodies, and project stakeholders, supporting the successful delivery of railway systems in compliance with technical, safety, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements. Your Responsibilities Perform System Safety Assessments and Train Level Safety Assessments for railway projects. Create, maintain, and manage Hazard Logs throughout the project lifecycle. Develop Safety Cases and Safety Analysis documentation in compliance with applicable railway standards. Ensure compliance with RAMS and functional safety processes according to EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129. Support hazard identification, risk analysis, mitigation definition, and safety validation activities. Coordinate safety activities with system, electrical, mechanical, software, and validation engineering teams. Support suppliers and subcontractors during safety reviews, technical assessments, and compliance verification. Participate in safety audits, certification activities, and discussions with customers and independent safety assessors. Contribute to verification and validation activities for safety-critical railway systems. Ensure that safety deliverables are completed according to project timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements. Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields). Minimum 5 years of experience in railway safety engineering, RAMS, or safety-critical systems. Strong knowledge of EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129 standards. Experience in Safety Hazard Log management, Safety Cases, and safety analysis documentation. Familiarity with railway system architecture, system integration, and lifecycle management. Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies such as FTA, FMECA, or Hazard Analysis is considered a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
