Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO As a System Specialist AFAS, you ensure that our HR and payroll systems run smoothly and meet business needs. You act as the link between users and AFAS, managing, optimizing, and developing functionalities that support accurate and efficient payroll processes. You will: Manage and optimize AFAS Profit and related modules. Support payroll processes and ensure accurate salary administration. Analyse user requests and translate them into functional solutions. Test and implement updates, build connectors, and develop new functionalities. Create user guides and deliver training sessions. Identify improvement opportunities and advise on process optimization. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams, collaborating with system users and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements. WHO YOU ARE We are looking for people with… Extensive experience with Dutch payroll and HR systems, ideally in a large or multi-site organization. Proven experience with AFAS Profit and familiarity with HR and payroll processes. Strong analytical skills and ability to bridge technical and operational needs. Experience creating reports and performing data checks. Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
