Long Description Job Summary The System Specialist is responsible for leading the intractions with customers at the earliest stages of solutions development. Job Responsibilities •    Leading Analyst team and engineers to meet company set KPI’s •    Working with the customers in the area of software support to present solutions to resolve operational problems.     •    Interfacing with customers; engineers and sales team to identify customer requirements in relation to printing solutions. •    Establishing steps for implementation.  •    Testing the operability of suggested system to deliver customer expectation. •    Attending Pre-sales customer calls with the Sales Account Manager. •    Leading the implementation and installation of sold printing solutions and ensure customer application migrations are done smoothly. •    Escalating field technical issues to the Service Manager for proper resolving, if required. •    Maintaining, upgrading, enhancing of provided solutions and systems. •    Building expertise in Xerox Solutions by conducting periodical trainings & E-Learning . •    Handling the communications with Xerox Solution Vendor Support.   Candidate Requirements Qualifications     •    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. •    PMP is an advantage. Experience      •    7 to 9 years of experience in Pre-Post Solutions. •    Previous experience in Xerox is a remarkable advantage. Other Skills and Competencies     •    Creativity:  Being able to think of new systems and new ways to work. Being able to think creatively and ask the right questions. •    Analytical Skills: Being able to understand complex mathematical analysis, calculus, and other mathematics for design and troubleshooting. •    Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop new solutions to problems. Having the skills to identify the source of the problem, create, and test solutions. •    Teamwork: Able to work well with others in order to get the job done. •    Listening Skills: Listening to workers, teammates, end user, and management is crucial to an engineer's job. •    Communication Skills: Being able to communicate plans, thoughts, and rationale in the job.
