JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled System/Storage Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT storage infrastructure and server systems. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, performance, and security of storage systems supporting business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience with enterprise storage solutions (e.g., EMC, NetApp, HPE).
• Strong knowledge of server hardware and operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Install, configure, and maintain storage solutions (SAN, NAS, backup systems).
• Manage server systems and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Monitor storage capacity, performance, and usage.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to storage and servers.
• Implement data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure upgrades and projects.
• Maintain documentation of systems and processes.
