POSITION SUMMARY

The Systems Support role provides technical expertise to associates across the company, primarily through assisting to manage the Yardi system, related integrations and the helpdesk platform. This position is responsible for ensuring that property management software, communication platforms, and other technology solutions operate efficiently and securely across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Requires strong knowledge of Yardi and RentCafe products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and support additional systems as needed
    Salary will be commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
  • Respond to help desk tickets daily and provide troubleshooting support
  • Escalate complex issues to management or senior team members as needed
  • Support initiative testing and training rollouts via webinars, videos, and in-person sessions
  • Oversee system security protocols, data integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, IT service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless technology operations.
  • Lead training programs and support for end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of systems.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Accounting, Leasing, Maintenance, and Marketing to align technology solutions with business needs.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and integrations to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies relevant to property management and recommend innovations to leadership.
  • Participate in department training projects and other tasks as assigned
  • Stay current on industry trends and system updates through ongoing learning
  • Demonstrate ownership of issues and follow through to resolution
