JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Industry/ Organization Type: IT Communications Service Provider
  • Position Title: System Support Engineer (Telecommunication/ PABX)
  • Working Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Mattar)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
  • Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Responsibilities:

  • Configuration of Voice/Network peripherals, VoIP/ Cloud PABX, Network Switches etc.
  • Provide helpdesk and remote support to customers, as well as onsite technical troubleshooting.
  • Validate System Design Documents to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a proactive approach and positive attitude.
  • Continuously acquire and update product knowledge in line with industry trends.
