Position: System Technician

Salary: £26K with Christmas Bonus & Progression

You’ll run the test bench, which includes testing and working on custom gaming computers from start to finish. This may entail upgrading, refurbishing and diagnosing a range of different systems. Efficiency is key, as sometimes there’s lots to do. You’ll organize the test bench PC-by-PC, so it’s easy to sign off working systems, and so that working through obstacles like faulty computers is easier.
You’ll have a say and involvement in anything or everything, from the way we track PC fixes/returns efficiently to the way we organize and handle how customers are communicated notes or changes to their order. Constant improvement is crucial to growth, and as a team, we will strategize ways to improve, identifying weaknesses and coming up with new ideas.
Constantly increasing your technical knowledge and understanding of Gaming, Office and Workstation PCs will be high on your priority list, especially in the early months. We know a thing or two about this so don’t worry, we’ll help.
