• As our Systems Test Engineer - Electromagnetic compliance, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing our products meet and exceed electromagnetic compatibility standards for international markets
• You are a part of the Hardware Test Engineering organization within our Hospital Patient Monitoring business. You will have a direct reporting line to one of the subgroup leaders located in Böblingen, Germany. You’ll join forces with a collaborative and internationally diverse team dedicated to innovation and excellence in medical technology
• Leading EMC Compliance Efforts: Plan, design, and conduct comprehensive EMC testing in accordance with IEC 60601-1-2 and other relevant EMC standards for medical devices in collaboration with external laboratories
• Overseeing Test Execution: Develop and execute test protocols, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and timely reporting of results
• Cooperating with external Test Houses: Cooperate with accredited EMC test laboratories, acting as the main technical liaison to ensure clarity, precision, and compliance
• Documentation and Reporting: Author and maintain detailed test plans, results, and regulatory documentation to support product submissions and audits
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and safety engineering teams to embed EMC considerations throughout the product lifecycle
• Project Management: Balance multiple projects and priorities, delivering on-time results in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
