We are looking for a System Test Engineer to join our team of European photon-counting X-ray experts in Espoo, Finland. In this role, you will play a key part in the verification and validation of our world-leading photon-counting X-ray detectors in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Job Description

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of test and verification of advanced products (for example medical devices)
  • Experience of automatic test systems, preferable both hardware and software
  • Knowledge of relevant standards within EMC, vibration, and climate testing
  • Knowledge of tools for data analysis like Python and Matlab
  • Preferable experience of six sigma and statistical methods for process control
  • Beneficial having knowledge of X-rays and imaging

What you’ll be doing:

  • Verification and validation of X-ray detectors withing R&D projects.
  • Plan and perform reliability, lifetime, and environmental testing
  • Create automated test scripts
  • Work together with manufacturing engineering to define methods and develop systems for testing in production
