Description

Testing and documenting medium-voltage systems using specified testing equipment and initiating the rectification of assembly, component or wiring errors (voltage and current testing, which can be learned with us)
Electrical and mechanical functional tests / interlock tests according to customer-specific circuit diagrams
Monitoring the testing procedures, recording and documenting the test results
Troubleshooting and error analysis in case of deviations
Working with testing software such as Digsi (uploading and parameterizing devices)
Performing functional tests: Checking the overview circuit diagram, order cover sheet, analyzing faults and malfunctions, verifying the identity of the wiring, grounding the low-voltage devices, insulation testing, and interlocking functions.
Repairs and troubleshooting

Completed specialist training in industrial electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable (IHK electrical training or recognized EU training)
Ideally, professional experience in control cabinet wiring and control cabinet testing.
Excellent knowledge of circuit diagram reading
Operating pedestrian-operated pallet trucks (pallet jacks / hand pallet trucks)
PC skills, willingness to work with testing programs (e.g. Modbus, Profibus, testing software)
Basic knowledge of MS Office, SAP desirable
Good German skills (at least B2 level) in spoken and written form
