Aptean is hiring full-time AI Validation Specialists to help us test and improve our AI-driven ERP software using real-world experience, not a background in tech. This is a rare opportunity to pivot your career into SaaS and AI without needing to be a developer or a system architect.
If you have a background in finance, cost control, or compliance in a manufacturing or life sciences environment, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. No prior ERP or AI experience is needed—we’re looking for people who understand how budgeting, quality checks, and audits work in the real world.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at our Alpharetta, GA office. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Simulate budgeting, cost tracking, quality assurance, and compliance workflows in our test environment
• Validate AI-generated setups like cost centers, QA checks, or fiscal calendars
• Flag errors, gaps, or non-intuitive flows to help us improve the platform
• Share your detailed and actionable feedback with product teams and participate in sprint reviews
• Help create user-friendly resources for first-time ERP users in finance or QA roles
