Aptean is hiring full-time System Validation Analysts to help us test and improve our AI-driven ERP software using real-world experience, not a background in tech. This is a rare opportunity to pivot your career into SaaS and AI without needing to be a developer or a system architect.
If you’ve worked with pilot batches, managed raw material documentation, or overseen quality specs for new products in life sciences, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, or supplements, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. No prior experience with ERP or AI tools is necessary.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at our Alpharetta, GA office. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Simulate product formulation, pilot runs, and R&D documentation within our ERP testing space
• Validate AI workflows for things like version control, ingredient substitutions, or batch records
• Provide grounded feedback on how the software reflects real lab-to-line processes
• Help ensure tools meet the needs of formulators and product development teams
• Support the creation of guides for users managing formulations and regulatory materials
