Aptean is hiring full-time System Validation Analyst to help us test and improve our AI-driven ERP software using real-world experience, not a background in tech. This is a rare opportunity to pivot your career into SaaS and AI without needing to be a developer or a system architect.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at our Alpharetta, GA office. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Simulate sales order creation, returns processing, CRM setup, and service ticket flows
• Test how AI-generated steps hold up to real business scenarios like split shipments or credit memos
• Identify where software workflows could better align with customer expectations
• Contribute your voice to sprint cycles and product testing reviews
• Help design intuitive resources for frontline sales and service teams
