Key Responsibilities:

  • Simulate sales order creation, returns processing, CRM setup, and service ticket flows
  • Test how AI-generated steps hold up to real business scenarios like split shipments or credit memos
  • Identify where software workflows could better align with customer expectations
  • Contribute your voice to sprint cycles and product testing reviews
  • Help design intuitive resources for frontline sales and service teams
