Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Working within the Verification and Validation (V&V) team, the System V&V Engineers will undertake and lead activities to establish the V&V engineering environment and the planning and conduct of incremental system verification.

Reporting to the V&V Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development of V&V CDRLs including the V&V Plan, VCRM, Acceptance Test Plan and Procedures
  • Leading the concept definition, design and documentation the V&V digital thread
  • Planning, coordinating and conducting the System Verification activities
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the customer and wider project team
  • Developing a strong understanding of the JABM system including capabilities, requirements, design and products

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Degree qualifications in a relevant Engineering Discipline or relevant industry experience
  • Significant knowledge and experience in the application of System Engineering, Integration and Verification on large complex systems
  • Well-developed knowledge in one or more of Command & Control, Command Support or Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance domains in a Defence context
  • Strong understanding in the application of Model System Based Engineering (MBSE) principles
  • Well-developed knowledge and experience using MBSE digital tools, ideally Doors, Rhapsody and ETM
  • Well-developed knowledge and experience working within an Agile (Scrum) development project
  • An Australian NV-1 security clearance and ability to access/handle Export Controlled technology, data and informatio
