EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field or a combination of education and professional experience that provides the caregiver with the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the job.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience in a complex healthcare or large enterprise setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in technology strategy, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, endpoint management, and innovation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT, EHR systems, interoperability, and compliance standards (HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, NIST, etc.)
• Proven experience leading large-scale IT transformation, digital modernization, and cloud migration initiatives.
• Deep expertise in networking, enterprise architecture, automation, and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and ability to implement robust risk management strategies.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
  The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $325,600 – $482,300. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
