Job Title: Systemic Family Therapist
Salary: Up to £38,000 – full time equivalent
Contract: Part-time (1 day per week)
Location: Wisbech and home-based (travel required to the home)

• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work, including information related to staff, young people, and organisational matters

PROFESSIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in regular supervision and continuous professional development
• Adhere to the Code of Ethics and relevant professional guidelines
• Comply with Keys Group policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and manage required data collection
• Promote and apply principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in all areas of work
• Actively challenge bullying, harassment, and discrimination
• Be alert to safeguarding concerns and report any incidents promptly
• Travel as necessary to meet role responsibilities
