Your tasks

• Conception, development and system management for the voice system in the astronautical ground segment
• Collaboration with coordination of national and international partners
• Technical coordination and support for PR events

This is what you bring with you

• Completed university degree (Master's/Diploma) in engineering (e.g., communications engineering, electrical engineering, media technology, etc.) or other degree programs relevant to the job.
• many years of professional experience in the field of aerospace engineering, satellite data processing, communications engineering or software development 
• in-depth specialist knowledge in relevant communication protocols, especially in the field of voice and video transmission (e.g. UDP, RTP, H264, H265)
• Knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, Python
• Good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)

Remuneration is based on qualifications and assigned tasks, up to pay grade 14 TVöD.
