The Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and overseeing network administration tasks. Additional responsibilities include ensuring systems meet security and compliance standards, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with teams to implement IT solutions efficiently.   Qualifications * *Proficiency in System Administration, including maintaining and configuring operating systems and hardware *   * *Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify and resolve system issues promptly *   * *Experience in Network Administration and managing IT networks effectively *   * *Comprehensive understanding of Information Technology principles, tools, and environments *   * *Knowledge of government IT compliance and security requirements is a plus *   * *Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail *   * *Effective communication and the ability to work remotely and collaboratively *   * *Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience *   * *Travel 25% - 30%
