Description
Maintain 24/7 readiness of physical and virtual testing environments at Mahwah. Ensure automated testing tools remain fully operational. Manage Field Certification (FC) request intake via TEAMS forms and track progress using FC Scheduling tools. Coordinate with Application Development teams to validate test scripts and ensure BigFix packages are submitted to the FC GSDP Portal. Validate environment specifications and functional procedures prior to scheduling. Testing Execution and Oversight Assign testers based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and project timelines. Monitor testing progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely certification. Communicate daily test results through Field Certification Memos and status reports. Maintain certification records and update SMC testing requests for weekly reporting. Proficiency in Windows 10 & 11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025. Familiarity with automated testing tools. Reliable internet connectivity for remote access. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy.
