Description
Aspire Software is looking for a AI Product Engineer to join our team in Lebanon. Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio. About the job: We're looking for a technically capable, process-minded IT/Systems Administrator to own our cloud infrastructure and internal IT operations. You'll be the go-to person for keeping our systems reliable, secure, and well-documented — and you'll have real latitude to improve how things work. This is a remote-friendly role that suits someone who thinks like a developer but operates like a sysadmin. Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) Administer and maintain core AWS services including EC2, RDS/Aurora MySQL, WAF, Load Balancers, and Availability Groups Manage networking components: VPC, VPN, and Route53 DNS Support app-level services including Elasticache, SQS, SNS, and S3 Provision and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation Monitor infrastructure health, set up alerting, and respond to incidents Manage cost visibility and surface optimization opportunities (right-sizing, reserved instances, etc.) Systems & Application Administration Support and maintain LAMP stack environments (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) Administer Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.) including users, permissions, and project configuration Manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory: user provisioning/deprovisioning, group policies, and access controls Maintain and troubleshoot SSL/TLS certificates and domain configurations Security & Compliance Support annual SOC 2 compliance efforts, including maintaining system documentation, access logs, and audit-ready evidence Enforce least-privilege access controls and conduct periodic access reviews Assist with vulnerability management: patching schedules, security scanning, and remediation tracking Support incident response procedures and maintain runbooks for common failure scenarios Manage secrets and credentials using tools such as AWS Secrets Manager or similar vaults IT Operations & Support Own the employee lifecycle for IT: onboarding/offboarding, hardware provisioning, and software licensing Maintain a device management program (MDM) for company-issued laptops and endpoints Provide escalation-level support for internal staff on infrastructure, access, and tooling issues Manage vendor relationships for software subscriptions and IT services DevOps & Process Improvement Bring a DevOps mindset to internal tooling — automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual toil Maintain and improve CI/CD pipeline infrastructure where applicable Champion strong documentation habits: runbooks, architecture diagrams, change logs, and SOPs Actively evaluate and leverage AI tools to improve team workflows and operational efficiency Must-Have Hands-on AWS administration experience across the services listed above Proficiency with Terraform and/or CloudFormation Solid understanding of LAMP stack fundamentals Experience administering Atlassian products (user management, permissions, spaces/projects) Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration Strong written communication and documentation discipline Experience supporting or operating within a SOC 2 compliance environment Comfortable using AI-assisted tools in day-to-day work Nice-to-Have Experience with endpoint/MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune) Exposure to SIEM tools or log aggregation platforms (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk) Scripting ability in Python, Bash, or similar for automation tasks Familiarity with zero-trust networking or SSO/IdP platforms (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace) Prior experience in a startup or scaling SaaS environment
