REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required. 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- Demonstrated ability to identify potential risks and create strategies for mitigating risks associated.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a government contracting environment.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, secure, and maintain Operating systems as well as a variety of Microsoft tools including but not limited to SharePoint, Office Suite, Teams, and SQL Databases.
- Implement and test patches and OEM updates across multiple environments.
- Monitoring of the Operating systems and installed applications
- Assist with storage and systems backup.
- Evaluating and implementing hardware and software deployments
- Resolving security findings and security patches and updates to the operating systems and Microsoft apps
- Provide recommendations and identify critical issues and processing faults as it pertains to the HBA environments.
- Creating and updating reports pertaining to the operational status of the HBA systems
