As a Systems Administrator, your ability to manage and optimize Information Systems, enhance infrastructure performance, and execute strategic initiatives will be key in ensuring the security and efficiency of the company’s IT operations. You will apply your expertise in systems hardware, software management, backup solutions, and security patching to maintain the company’s infrastructure. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support business needs, working seamlessly to ensure the IT infrastructure aligns with organizational growth and operational success.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in systems administration, cloud computing, and network security. Your technical knowledge, leadership, and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining optimal system performance and supporting Giorgio Armani’s business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • College degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
    The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience
Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain servers in VMware, AWS, Windows, and Linux environments.
  • Oversee SAN administration and provisioning, managing storage across all platforms.
  • Ensure systems are kept up-to-date with critical security and stability patches.
  • Manage backup administration, including disk-based and cloud offsite solutions.
  • Support and manage Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, O365 Admin Center, Intune, Entra ID, SCCM, and CMG servers.
  • Administer AWS Cloud EC2 instances and services, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Utilize Windows PowerShell scripting to automate and manage systems.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support for mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
  • Oversee system deployments, new rollouts, and updates to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships to maintain hardware standards and support services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of systems and configurations.
  • Mentor and guide Helpdesk Support Services Technicians, providing technical expertise and leadership
