SUMMARY:

Atlantic Coast Mortgage, LLC (“ACM”) is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and provide day-to-day support for our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Windows workstation/server environment, AWS cloud resources, and Unifi network infrastructure. This role also includes handling escalations, troubleshooting, implementing security best practices, and supporting mission-critical systems essential to our business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows Servers (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file/print services, etc.)
  • Administer and optimize Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Workspaces, and networking
  • Configure, monitor, and support Unifi networking equipment, including cameras, switches, access points, and firewalls
  • Oversee and manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Ensure system security through backups, patching, and vulnerability management
  • Support end-users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support our IT helpdesk as a technical resource and primary escalation point
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan and implement IT infrastructure improvements
  • Assist with disaster recovery planning and execution
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
