CRITICAL SKILLS:

  • Practical experience with a major cloud platform.
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with infrastructure platform technologies including Linux / Unix / Solaris operating systems, networking, cybersecurity, and automation.
  • Solid Communication & critical thinking skills with strict process adherence.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Basic knowledge of Oracle objects: tables, indexes, triggers, PL/SQL packages, synonyms.
  • Basic understanding of 3-tiered application
Responsibilities
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure components such as virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, and identity services.
  • Support hybrid environments, including integration with on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security using Azure-native tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
  • Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and patch management strategies in the Azure environment.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for internal and external customers, addressing system access, performance, and support needs.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage cloud service migration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of code.
  • Work alongside project managers, developers, and security teams to ensure smooth migration and post-migration support.
