The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and support various operating systems and applications.

• Provide technical support for software, hardware, and networking issues
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Assist with server and systems maintenance, updates, and backups
• Help implement and support IT projects and improvements
