CSA is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to support mission-critical Navy environments in secure DoD infrastructure located on-site in Pensacola, Florida. This role focuses on Windows Server administration, Active Directory domain services, cybersecurity compliance, and enterprise systems operations supporting both NIPR and SIPR environments. This is a hands-on administrator role ideal for a mid-level engineer with strong Windows infrastructure expertise who thrives in structured, mission-focused environments supporting national defense systems. How Role will make an impact: Administer and maintain Windows Server 2022 environments supporting enterprise DoD systems. Manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) including Domain Controllers, replication, and directory health. Configure and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce enterprise security and operational standards. Perform system patching and lifecycle maintenance using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM). Implement and maintain DISA STIG hardening across Windows server infrastructure. Support ACAS vulnerability remediation activities and assist with resolving Nessus findings. Contribute to RMF compliance efforts, ensuring systems meet DoD cybersecurity standards. Maintain and support systems within primarily NIPR environments with some SIPR infrastructure exposure. Monitor system health, troubleshoot operational issues, and support incident resolution. Perform account provisioning, privilege management, and security configuration within Active Directory. Support virtualization environments and system deployments within VMware-based infrastructure. Collaborate with cybersecurity, networking, and engineering teams to maintain secure and resilient environments. Participate in system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and operational sustainment efforts. Document configurations, procedures, and system changes in accordance with operational policies. Requirements What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team: Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+). 3 years of Systems Administration experience supporting enterprise environments. Strong experience administering Windows Server environments (2019/2022 preferred). Hands-on experience managing Active Directory Domain Services and Domain Controllers. Experience with Group Policy (GPO) configuration and administration. Experience implementing DISA STIGs and system hardening in DoD environments. Experience supporting ACAS vulnerability remediation and security compliance activities. Experience supporting RMF-based cybersecurity environments. Experience performing enterprise patch management using MECM or equivalent tools. Strong troubleshooting skills supporting production systems and operational environments. Experience working within secure DoD infrastructure supporting mission operations. What Sets you apart: Experience supporting SIPRNet environments. Active Secret Clearance 6+ years of Systems Administration experience supporting enterprise environments. Familiarity with VMware virtualization platforms (vSphere / ESXi). Basic familiarity with AWS cloud services (EC2, IAM, or related services). Experience administering Linux systems in enterprise environments. Experience supporting Navy or broader DoD operational environments. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
