Our team is comprised of leaders in value-based health care, technology and behavioral science who share a vision for advancing health equity one relationship at a time.   Our interprofessional care teams, which include physicians, nurses, social workers, and patient navigators, provide high-touch and comprehensive care to a small panel of patients.  Team collaboration is essential to our intensive, psycho-social model of care which includes assessment, medication management, social management, and behavioral health management.  Job Description The Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting Duo Health’s core IT systems, with a primary focus on Microsoft Office 365 and related technologies. This role oversees user account administration, system configuration, and security to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient operations. The Systems Administrator monitors and troubleshoots Office 365 services, manages licenses, and implements security controls to protect organizational data. Duties * Create and manage user accounts in Office 365.  * Monitor and troubleshoot email and other Office 365 services.  * Implement and manage security features to protect Office 365 data.  * Configure and maintain Office 365 applications, such as SharePoint and Teams as well as other 3rd party applications in use by Duo Health.  * Collaborate with other IT professionals to integrate Office 365 with other systems.  * Manage Office 365 licenses and subscriptions for users.  * Ensure compliance with industry and government regulations as it pertains to Office 365 and other 3rd party applications in use by Duo Health.  * Provide training and support to users of Office 365 applications and other 3rd party applications in use by Duo Health.  * Support remote users; troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues  * Maintain Help Desk tickets and Asset Management records  * Stay up-to-date with technology advancements and improvements in Office 365.  * In addition to Office 365/Azure, this position will also support NinjaRMM, CrowdStrike Falcon, Arctic Wolf, Microsoft Intune, Ring Central, as well as other Electronic Medical Record applications.  Skills  * Technical proficiency: Understanding of Office 365 services and applications.   * Problem-solving: The capacity to troubleshoot and solve technical issues promptly.   * Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with users and stakeholders.   * Organization: Efficient in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.   * Attention to detail: Ensuring all configurations and settings are correctly implemented.   * Strong commitment to excellent customer service and support.
