Our team culture is grounded in our Core Values—communication, honesty, respect, care, and fun—and we bring those to everything we do, from client interactions to everyday teamwork.

SUMMARY

The Systems Administrator is responsible for delivering on-site and remote technical support for network, hardware, and software issues across client environments. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with solution engineering, field support, and escalation responsibilities from Level 1 support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of technical support experience, preferably in an MSP setting, and demonstrate strong proficiency in firewalls, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy. In addition to technical duties, the Systems Administrator contributes to project planning by generating quotes and specifying solutions up to a defined dollar threshold, while final proposals remain the responsibility of senior staff.
