What You'll Do: Own the Tech Stack: Act as the primary administrator for ServiceTitan and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring 100% system health and security. Drive Automation: Build and maintain smart workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams to eliminate manual processes and improve data flow. What We're Looking For: Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years in systems administration or a similar technical role. Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange) and experience managing a field service ERP—ServiceTitan experience is a major plus. Integration Skills: You have a solid understanding of Power Automate (Flow), Azure, and how to bridge data between different software platforms. Basic knowledge of IT principles Basic knowledge of computer security tools, best practices and policies. Independent analysis and strong problem solving skills. Ability to elicit and communicate technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner Ability to project manage. Qualifications Desired: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area and/or equivalent experience/training Experience supporting technology system access and usage 2+ years of experience in a technical support position Working knowledge of Dell laptops and desktops, Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Document Management System, Mobile devices Well organized and ability to work independently Strong user knowledge of the Office 365 productivity suite.
