Position Summary The Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of operating systems, software, and related infrastructure. This role ensures system reliability, performance, and security by troubleshooting issues, implementing upgrades, and managing backups and recoveries. The Systems Administrator also provides technical support, recommends improvements, and assists in the planning and execution of system enhancements. Collaboration with teams to establish operational standards and ensure seamless system functionality is a key aspect of this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administer the organization's enterprise productivity and collaboration platform, including tenant configuration, security baselines, and day-to-day lifecycle management Administer enterprise identity and access management, including user lifecycle, authentication settings, access policies, and account hygiene Conduct access reviews, license management, and tenant hygiene on a recurring cadence Build and maintain automations and integrations between business systems, using scripting and low-code platforms as appropriate Apply AI-enabled tools and approaches to automate routine work, accelerate analysis, and improve operational efficiency Partner with finance, operations, and program teams on data integration between business systems Evaluate and help onboard new tools and platforms in support of organizational priorities Resolve escalated technical issues across cloud platforms, business applications, and identity systems Coordinate day-to-day vendor and external partner interactions for licensing, support escalations, and operational matters, escalating strategic decisions as appropriate Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: 3 or more years of relevant IT experience, including systems administration, business applications, integration, or related disciplines, is required Proficiencies: Proficiency in project management tools to track tasks and coordinate project deliverables. Proficiency in collaborating across business and technical teams to translate needs into operational solutions Skills & Abilities: Critical thinking to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. Attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy in system configurations and migrations. Time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced contract environment. Adaptability to handle evolving technical requirements and learn new tools quickly. Hours and Location: This position is based at 7030 S. Yale Ave., Suite 600, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136. A typical work week is Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The work week will occasionally vary with advance notice depending on scheduled programming and other events; on occasion, may require evening or weekend hours. Ability to attend in-person meetings.
