Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms globally when issues arise. Assist with device imaging, deployment, and patch management using tools such as Microsoft SCCM, Intune, and Jamf. Support end-users with common enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, Citrix, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Respond to and resolve Tier 1-2 tickets related to hardware, software, and user account access issues. Participate in printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Document processes, common issues, and solutions to contribute to the team's knowledge base leveraging Confluence and Jira. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance endpoint security, streamline automation, and support system upgrade initiatives. Maintain a strong customer-service approach, ensuring end-user satisfaction.
