Our ambition The Opportunity We are seeking an organised and proactive Systems Administrator to support the full employee lifecycle and ensuring secure, efficient access to our systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with global teams, manage a variety of user access processes, contribute to audits and documentation, and balance day‑to‑day operational tasks with ongoing project work. Please note, this is a contract position until April 2027 We are open to candidates in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering high‑quality service. What you’ll do Process all Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML). Manage user access across systems, including Expert, Active Directory, Azure AD, and iManage. Coordinate international secondments in partnership with the UK IT SAM team. Administer Privileged Access Management and support user access audits with IT Security. Resolve MS Exchange Online issues and manage group configurations. Maintain smart groups via GroupID and configure access to tools such as DocuSign, GTM, Bighand, G Suite, Jira, Interaction, Kiteworks, Qualtrics, Contract Express, and Quest. Manage ServiceNow SAM incident queues and set up support teams and access groups. Support Microsoft Teams setup and configuration. Maintain process documentation and support audit requirements. Contribute to projects while balancing daily support tasks. Apply data security principles across systems. What you’ll bring Experience in a similar role. Fast learner with broad experience in systems administration. Strong communication skills and proactive problem‑solving abilities, with the capability to work effectively in a team. Exceptionally high attention to detail. Ability to consistently follow pre‑defined processes. Ability to analyse and recommend improvements to existing processes, as well as design new processes when required. Strong customer service focus, demonstrating patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in non‑technical terms. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and an interest in technologies such as PowerShell scripting and cloud-based platforms. Flexible and pragmatic approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong teamwork skills and a can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently when needed. Strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes. Experience with and/or an innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.
