In This Role, You Will: Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advocate for end users Communicate regularly with stakeholders, customers, and vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives Translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot incidents, and drive timely resolution Manage system administration tasks including maintenance, patching, upgrades, and security audits Design, integrate, and enhance systems to improve reliability and performance Participate in training and professional development to maintain technical expertise Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or an equivalent of industry experience 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate) are a plus Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
