Job Summary: Reporting to the ICT Manager, the Systems Administrator is responsible for implementing, organizing, administering, and evaluating the OLHBI Information systems in the desktop, server and network environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree to Diploma in computer technology from a recognized institute OR suitable combination of education and 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Management of computer and telecommunications software, hardware, networks including experience with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide user support and network administration on current operational systems.
  • Demonstrated organizational, administrative, inter-personal and team building skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, thoroughness, and communication skills.

    Pay: $33.65-$37.02 per hour

Responsibilities

· Initial user contact and handling basic, routine issues.
· Password resets, basic troubleshooting, software installations, user account management, and following predefined scripts or procedures.
· provide hands-on architecture experience with AD/DNS/DHCP using Windows 10/2012/2016/2019/2022
· contribute to the architecture and administration of SCCM 2012 and Enterprise backup technology.
· provide tier 2 level desktop support though Help Desk ticketing system.
· administer email environments specifically with Microsoft 365 and Intune MDM.
· contribute to the maintenance and scalability of the enterprise.
· assisting with testing disaster recovery plans.
· maintain Active Directory accounts.
· create, update and migrate server builds and applications.
· establish and maintain documentation, IT inventory and work standards.
· coordinate with project teams to provide technical guidance to project managers, system designers, applications developers and testers throughout the development process.
