  • Proficient in systems administration tools and monitoring systems, specifically NinjaOne/NinjaRMM, Office365/Azure, and SentinelOne.

Responsibilities

JOB ROLE SUMMARY:

Under limited supervision, installs, maintains, tests, and repairs systems and networks. Utilizes advanced technical knowledge to plan and lead the implementation of technical solutions. Provides technical leadership and support and resolves problems of a comprehensive and complex nature. Assists management team in determining information system needs assessments. Provides leadership and guidance to, and may supervise, other staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and thrive in an environment working with a team.
This is not a remote or hybrid role and requires candidate to work onsite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and communication systems.
  • Maintains and manages on-premises and cloud-based systems and networks.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal network operation.
  • Develop and maintain Powershell scripting to automate routine tasks and system administration.
  • Manage network security, including implementing and maintaining firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
  • Responsible for critical and high impact services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-related projects and initiatives.
  • Work with and lead project teams to develop and implement new systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users, assisting with IT-related issues and inquiries.
  • Be key contact for IT Security related alerts and remediation
  • Research and training in new systems
  • Follows and creates documentation (e.g., instructions, configurations, best practices, service information)
  • Maintains a current level of knowledge for all technologies (e.g., by reading, attending conferences, training, professional communication/networking)
  • Key escalation contact for Tier 1 helpdesk and overflow support.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
