POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to support our Windows Server, Azure, and virtualized infrastructure. This role also provides ITIL-aligned Helpdesk support to internal users, contributes to cybersecurity and compliance efforts, and maintains clear technical documentation and communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting both end users and fellow IT staff to ensure consistent, high-quality IT service delivery.
