Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Systems Administrator to join our dynamic Technology Operations team. Reporting to a senior member on the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and managing infrastructure and tools across multiple business units, while contributing to major transition and modernization initiatives.
This is a hybrid role blending systems administration, network and infrastructure. You’ll work closely within our Technology Operations team and gain exposure to cloud technologies, DevOps, AI, and cybersecurity. This is a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional growth in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
Location: This role will be based out of our offices in London/Leamington Spa. This is an on-site role with room for flexibility and will include travel to our teams in UK.

We value curiosity, adaptability and collaborative spirit. You don’t need to tick every box, but the following skills and experience will help you succeed in this role:

  • Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting networking hardware and protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and routing/switching technologies.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra, Exchange, Teams (including voice and conferencing), SharePoint, and related administrative tools.
  • Experience providing technical support across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and the ability to apply them effectively across systems and infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated passion for technology, with a strong generalist foundation and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and innovation, paired with a commitment to mentoring and supporting junior team members in their professional growth.
  • Willingness to assist with physical office setups, relocations, and related logistical IT tasks.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Experience in hardware and software asset lifecycle management, including procurement, tracking, and disposal
