Description

About the Opportunity

Kiwi Property is one of New Zealand’s leading property businesses, with a $3 billion property portfolio spanning retail, office, residential and mixed-use environments. Its portfolio includes well-known properties such as Sylvia Park, LynnMall, and Vero Centre.

If you’re currently working in a strong Level 2, escalation support or Systems Administrator role and looking to step into a broader internal environment, this could be a great next move.

You’ll join Kiwi Property’s Auckland-based Digital team as a key internal escalation point for technology issues that can’t be resolved by the external Level 1 and Level 2 support provider.

Working closely with an experienced Systems Engineer and Digital Operations & Cyber Security Manager, you’ll be well supported technically while building exposure to different parts of the business.

In this role you’ll:

  • Act as a key escalation point for unresolved technology issues
  • Troubleshoot across devices, apps, connectivity, remote access, meeting rooms and print
  • Work with the Systems Engineer and Digital Operations & Cyber Security Manager on complex issues
  • Support device management, software deployment, onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain clear documentation and repeatable support processes

What You’ll Bring

You’ll ideally come from a strong Level 2, escalation support or Systems Administrator background and be ready to step into a broader internal role.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune
  • Exposure to NinjaOne (or similar), Cisco Meraki, and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Understanding of MDM and digital identity management
  • Confidence troubleshooting devices, connectivity, remote access and meeting room tech
  • Strong documentation, problem-solving and a calm, customer-focused approach

What’s on Offer

  • Move from Level 2/MSP/escalation support into an in-house environment
  • Broad exposure across Kiwi Property’s corporate and property environments
  • Develop your skills across systems administration and IT operations
  • Auckland CBD-based role (with occasional portfolio support)
