Position Summary: This position will support our portfolio by analyzing and troubleshooting network systems and software. The System Administrator handles a variety of projects to support, improve, and strategically move forward the organization’s systems and technology. A background in Microsoft products is essential for this role. Perks & Benefits: * Birthday & anniversary PTO * Tuition Assistance * Double pay on holidays * PTO accrual on DAY 1 * Referral Bonus * Free meal during shift (Up to $260 savings) * Loyalty Incentive * Employee Recognition Program * Discounts through Verizon and AT&T * Pay Advance Program * Medical and Prescription Drug Insurance including Dental and Vision * Basic Term Life/AD&D * 401K * Flexible Spending Account for Dependent Care ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide support and troubleshoot issues on day-to-day essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.  * Support services for technologies utilized by the company.  * Support end users and troubleshoot issues present in day-to-day operations. * Assist with new technology to meet business needs and improve efficiency.  * Assist Director of Technology with growing and automating technology infrastructure * Install, upgrade, and monitor software and hardware.  * Document all technical procedures and user guides.  * Respond to, resolve, and track help-desk tickets while improving customer service, perception, and satisfaction.  * Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches, and backup sensitive data.  * Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and status.  * Put process in place for the system and collaborate with Key Users to successfully launch, train on, and maintain a system.  * Identify opportunities for improvement and change management.  * Maintain internal documentation as support material for training.  * Other duties as assigned.    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED * Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 5 years proven work experience in IT.  * Certifications related to networking, Microsoft infrastructure, or modern desktops * 3 years experience as Junior Systems Administrator or Super User * Experience in front line team member support.    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED * High degree of initiative, motivation, and attention to detail.  * Strong information technology, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. * Advanced oral and written communication skills.  * Time management/prioritization and follow-up skills.  * Work well with minimal direction, take proactive measures as required.
