Role overviewWe are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will analyse business and system requirements, evaluate existing ICT systems, and work closely with stakeholders and software development teams to design and implement effective technology solutions that support our clients' business objectives.

• Key responsibilities:Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical system specifications.
• Evaluate existing ICT systems, workflows and business processes, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, developers and project teams to ensure ICT solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, use cases and system models to support software development and implementation.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution and implementation activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor implemented systems, identify enhancement opportunities, and provide ongoing recommendations for system optimisation and continuous improvement.
