KEY REQUIREMENTS:

o Strong understanding of software lifecycle and EOL processes
o Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
o Proficiency in PowerShell, SQL, WQL, PowerBI, and software inventory tools
o Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
o Familiarity with Windows 10/11, MAC and VDI Enterprise Environment
o Excellent communication and documentation skills
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
o Experience with packaging, repackaging, and software deployment technologies
o Experience with ServiceNow
o Experience with reporting (i.e. PowerBI)
o Desired Experience with Splunk/UberAgent
