POSITION PURPOSE
This position is responsible for providing assistance with the configuration, setup, and maintenance of Plexis software products. Specializing in the investigation of system, network, or database issues, which may be responsible for conditions that limit a client’s efficient use of Plexis software. In addition, this position will serve as the lead technician for supporting the PLEXIS cloud hosted server environment. Reported issues are submitted via telephone, e-mail, or the Plexis website. The position will take directions from the Director of Client Support as well as constructively contribute to the support team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
