BDR is seeking an Systems Administrator/Configuration Manager to join our growing team! This position will be performed virtually from the individual’s home office working on EST time schedule. This position requires US Citizenship with a Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, or other related discipline (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
· 8+ years of experience
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Ability work independently in an Agile environment.
· Ability to create and provide detailed documentation.
· Experience in Azure and Azure DevOps, particularly with Azure EntraID and ADO account management.
· Familiar with .NET, C#, and Javascript
· Experience in configuration management in a cloud environment.
· Familiar working with workflow management tools (i.e. Azure DevOps, Jira, etc)
In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The System Administrator / Configuration Manager support the Agile Scrum Delivery Team by managing and maintaining the cloud infrastructure and systems, as well as support deployments of applications, software updates, and code. The position will work closely with the Solutions Architect, Azure team, and the development leads to coordinate maintenance tasks, investigate issues and mitigate problems before they happen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage system security patching and maintenance within a cloud environment.
· Monitor security scans for findings; work with developers and architects to identify and remediate security scan findings.
· Support system owners, architects, and security leads to create and maintain documentation, including cloud diagrams, security plans, and standard procedures.
· Perform user account management tasks across multiple environments
· Maintain Azure DevOps build and release pipelines.
· Manage and monitor configuration changes and enforces the change management process.
· Work with managers to coordinate build and release activities. Maintain configuration baselines for releases.
· Optimize and improve on CM process and tools
· Work within an Agile environment
