DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst at our Olathe, Kansas location with a strong background in application development, requirements gathering, and customer engagement. This role blends technical expertise with business analysis skills to design, implement, and support enterprise applications. You will work on a variety of projects, applying modern development tools, integration platforms, and database technologies to deliver high-quality business solutions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements, and driving projects through design, development, testing, and deployment.

REQUIREMENTS GATHERING & ANALYSIS

• Engage with business users to elicit, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
• Perform feasibility analysis and impact assessments for proposed projects and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a systems analyst, application developer, or similar role.
• Experience in both development and requirements gathering is required.
• Proven experience in systems analysis, application development, and integration.
• Proficiency in: Modern integration tools (e.g., Boomi, Oracle Integration or similar platforms), Application frameworks (C#, REACT, Typescript, Node, PLSQL, SQL, Oracle APEX or equivalent low-code tools), SQL Server & Oracle Database development, API development and testing (e.g., Postman), Source control (GitHub or equivalent)
• Collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, M365 SharePoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
