  • Collaborate with business users, project managers, and IT teams to understand business needs and help gather both functional and non-functional requirements through meetings and workshops.
  • Evaluate and organize business requirements to support planning, ensuring alignment with project goals and priorities.
  • Prepare and maintain clear and structured documents such as business requirements, functional specifications, and basic technical notes under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Participate in discussions to shape solutions that meet business needs while applying sound judgment and an understanding of efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop reports and presentation materials to communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
  • Examine data sets to identify basic trends and patterns that contribute to informed business decisions.
  • Create test cases and manage user acceptance testing by liaising with users, tracking feedback, and ensuring issues are logged and followed up.
  • Maintain regular communication with technical teams, business users, and external vendors to ensure expectations are clearly understood and progress is aligned.
  • Provide basic training and respond to system-related queries to ensure effective system adoption and support day-to-day operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification:
Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
Any other relevant certification
Experience:
Nationals: 2 - 3 years of experience
Non Nationals: 5 years of experience
