Position Overview Echoing Hills is seeking a Systems Analyst to support and maintain the technology systems that power our Ministry. This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users, and working across a variety of technologies. You will provide hands-on technical support, manage helpdesk tickets, configure systems and devices, and help ensure reliable technology operations across multiple locations. What You’ll Do Provide IT support for staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues. Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets while ensuring timely service and issue resolution. Install, configure, and maintain computers, tablets, laptops, and other devices. Support Microsoft environments, servers, printers, Apple devices, firewalls, and VOIP systems. Perform system updates, patching, account management, and application support. Assist with testing and deployment of new software and technology solutions. Maintain and troubleshoot network-connected devices across multiple facilities. Collaborate with the IT Director and team members to improve system performance and reliability. Work Environment Primarily based at the Corporate Office with occasional travel to regional locations. Typical daytime schedule with occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call needs. Ability to lift and move technology equipment up to 50 pounds. Requirements What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of IT support, helpdesk, or systems support experience. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user support. Experience with Microsoft environments, desktops, servers, or network devices preferred. Healthcare or nonprofit IT experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel between locations. CPR and First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire. Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Echoing Hills.
