In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Drives collaboration with customers to capture business requirements Collaborates with Product Owner and team to set priorities and refines product backlog Translates business needs/requirements for developers by creating user stories in Azure DevOps Proactively analyze complex business processes and identifies systems gaps, if needed Manages project timelines and delivers regular status updates Communicates effectively within scrum team and with business partners Planning and managing business analysis activities throughout a project's lifecycle Implement projects using SDLC/Agile methodologies and practices Who You Are: You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.You establish and maintain effective customer relationships.You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels For this Role, You Will Need:: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology area Minimum 3-5 years of experience within business/systems analyst area Good communication skills in English, both oral and written Has the ability to work effectively in multinational team environment Strong analytical skills for effective collaboration Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Salesforce solution experience Mulesoft, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle CPQ experience ServiceNow experience
